About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to expand and manage our partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of proven experience in channel development, partner management, and indirect sales. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships with key channel partners to drive revenue growth, extend market reach, and accelerate product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate the partner strategy for Forge Digital and execute it in line with the company’s Partner-First vision.
- Design GTM plans with focus partners and collaborate with them to implement these plans, covering revenue/pipeline goals, training, marketing, and other key metrics.
- Develop new partners aligned with our IAM, WAAP, and other cybersecurity solutions.
- Manage regional distribution activities as required, including local cadence.
- Enable the channel to lead customer conversations effectively.
- Drive business planning, account planning, sales cadence, and ongoing engagement with focus partners.
- Ensure partners are trained and certified to appropriate levels, enabling them to operate independently with their customers and downstream partners.
- Consistently surpass the channel and distribution quota.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Management with a minimum of 4 years of experience in channel sales and territory management.
- Preferred: 3+ years of channel experience with OEMs/Distributors or similar cybersecurity solution providers, driving growth through the channel.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic engagement at senior partner levels.
- Self-starter, comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong understanding of distribution and partner business models.
- Proven track record of driving, motivating, and growing the channel.
- Ability to design and implement Partner/Distributor incentive programs.
- Strong presentation skills, with experience engaging partners and customers through webinars and social platforms.
- Background in SaaS, Cybersecurity, or IT is highly preferrable
